Know any good contractors?

Does anyone know any good contractors, handymen in or near Yelm, WA? Yelm is an area I want to invest in (will be my 1st investment) and want to make connections before hand. Any advice? Should I have 1 or 2 backup contractors/handymen in case they are busy? Thanks in advance! Hope everyone has a great week!

I live in Yelm but I specialize in hardwood flooring. I also will install some bamboo or engineered Vinyl Plank. 

Why do you want to invest in Yelm? Right now the market is inflated but there is a shortage of rentals because people are selling cause of the hot market. I'm waiting to find a good deal myself.
