I travel that way to go to a Bass Pro Shops at a mall in that area.

Says it is mostly a commercial fishing town but starting to attract attention as part of the Tampa area.If houses are that cheap I wouldn't mind buying beachfront and renting out to cover the costs.I just do not want to drop a ton of money for the more premium areas where there is little appreciation left to occur.

They are located in a great area, about a block from the water and the city is building a big park, fishing piers, bike path, children’s playground, etc, along the water.

The HOA pays for the neighborhood amenities such as the gym, community pool, boat ramps, fishing piers, water and sewage services, etc.
