Says it is mostly a commercial fishing town but starting to attract attention as part of the Tampa area.If houses are that cheap I wouldn't mind buying beachfront and renting out to cover the costs.I just do not want to drop a ton of money for the more premium areas where there is little appreciation left to occur.

They are located in a great area, about a block from the water and the city is building a big park, fishing piers, bike path, children’s playground, etc, along the water.
