Lake Toho is known for bass fishing.

Looking to add some unique features as well, but some of the draws would be a hottub and stocked pond to fish from.

My daughter has been fishing in the creek for two days and never caught any fish.

Willing to exhaust all options as this is a big fish. 

Agree with @Trent Reeve stop fishing for business/leads and just post something of value. 

There are plenty of fish in the sea AKA tenants to choose from. 

I would also consider being a bigger fish in a smaller pond.

Getting a real estate license is a different kettle of fish.

Right  now  there is one @auction.com that is going to start bidding in North side of Lake Okeechobee give it a look'  I'm looking at it too I think it would make a great medium income Mobile Home Park for retirees who want to go fishing in Lake Okeechobee. 

The big fish has local market presence from years of being in the business but no one else is doing anything on socials.
