I'm a musician and teacher.

I read Millionaire Teacher by Andrew Hallam 2 weeks ago and I'm still thinking and reviewing the things over in my head about what he discussed in that book.

I'm 20 years old and planning on going to college to become history teacher and possibly a professor.

He is an excellent resource and teacher for landlords.

This is my long term vision.I am excited to learn from you all and embark on this new journey.I am still a High School Teacher during the day but the excitement of the Real Estate industry is what keeps me up at night.I also have gotten rid of my 30 year mortgage and am using a HELOC to pay off my home early.

Let your fellow students and teachers know you want to be in real estate.

I would partner a deal with an experienced investor,  as experience is the best teacher.  

(Warning kind of long) I'm a 26 year old high school teacher and I just recently moved back to small hometown in Northern Michigan.  

To give a bit of a background, I'm a 32 year old school administrator, my wife is a couple years younger and a teacher, and we have a 1.5 year old son.  

Faster implies investment dollars can be redeployed faster which can compound the return.More sophisticated value adds take experience to recognize (or a good teacher).
