Hi everyone.

I am new to biggerpockets and I have been doing a lot of reading in the forums and am learning so much. Thank you all.

I am currently a High School Educator and I have decided to purchase as many rental properties as possible in the next couple of years.

My strategy is as follows. I would love to get some feedback and hear your thoughts.

I started a home-based business that allows me to offer essential services like TV, internet, phone, home security and even electricity and gas (in certain states).

My plan is to purchase single family homes and rent them out. When we move in tenants they will need to have these services connected of course so I will take care of that for them. We work with all of the major companies so the tenant can choose which companies and plans they want to go with.

As a partner, I get paid bonuses for new activations and 10% of the total billing volume of my tenants every month. It is an extra stream of income that can add up quickly.

My hope is to get 10 single family homes and then eventually purchase a 30+ unit apartment. I will make 10% of the total billing volume of 30+ units. This is my long term vision.

I am excited to learn from you all and embark on this new journey.

I am still a High School Teacher during the day but the excitement of the Real Estate industry is what keeps me up at night.

I also have gotten rid of my 30 year mortgage and am using a HELOC to pay off my home early. I will pay it off fully in the next 3 years so I am excited.

So much going on but I am happy to see where everything is headed. Again Thank you all and I look forward to growing, learning and connecting with everyone here.
