I'm Ronald Palmer. I'm retired disabled USAF(37 years). I'm a musician and teacher. I am married and loving it. I want to get back on track with my investments after having to spend a major portion of my retirement funds on getting back to health over the past ten years. I have taken real estate pre-license course and determined that I would like to become investor because of advantages of passive income accumulation on investments and the nature of the real estate business as an investment is much better than the stock market is doing now. I really want to give back to my wife who gave so much to me while I was ill. Also, I want to leave a legacy for my two Daughters and six grandchildren. I have countless life experiences to draw from while being in the military and a few business skills from a stint as a Restaurant manager and 55 hours of graduate school at SPSU in MSIT.
