My first thought was to do a few wholesale deals, but I don't have that mentor-ship support.

That said, the best thing I ever did was trade in my rent check for a mortgage check, and that was when I was just starting to get my ship in shape, it actually helped me get on the right path.

They simply write a letter and demand copies of all the files you have done in their state.. so for me its was many many bankers box's you package them up ship them to Olympia and wait.
