Houston/East Texas I need your advice!
Hey guys so I am 21 years old, and a Insurance Agent in the Houston/Conroe Area. I am looking to get into Real Estate Investing, I watch the videos, listen to podcast, and read the books. Despite all of this I find myself lacking one thing, EXPEIRENCE. That being said my question is; Is now a good time to get started in Real Estate? If I jump in headfirst and get my first home would I be jumping into a sinking ship during 2021? I'd appreciate any advice, thank you!
