You could try and go for seller financing offering your spare cash as a down payment but I'm not sure that it's the highest/best use of your capital.

I’ve been on calls with wholesalers and in my spare time I have been reading about the wholesaling business in general.My question is around the financing piece for wholesale deals.My last call with a wholesaler, I was told that conventional financing or commercial financing is not an option.

Maybe the tax man will ask why do you need to part occupy another SFH2 house when you have spare bedrooms in your SFH1?

But spare us the Altruism  that as I said could be a by product but its not the reason any of us did this.. 

Soon I was out of my spare tiles that was supposed to handle any broken tiles over the next 20+ years.  

@Joseph E.If you have time to spare; you can get realtor license and use the value mentioned by @Greg Dickerson through brokers what @Sarah Lorenz has in mind.You can list your properties for sale and use your license to purchase as well.If any friends and family wanted to list or buy houses; based on your time availability; you can serve as realtors for them.
