Hi!

And thanks for taking the time to welcome another newbie to the forums

My name is Ingrid J. Ledingham. I'm a 28 year prospective buy-and-hold investor from Norway. My only investment so far is a parking garage which I am renting out. I'm half American, half Norwegian and speak both languages fluently. I was born and raised in Norway, but traveled to the States some years ago where I completed my Bachelor in Business Administration. Now that I am home in Norway again my current job is at a major retailer.

My lifelong goal is financial freedom, aquired from buy-and-hold properties. By 2019 (hopefully sooner) I will aquire my first single family rental here in Tromso, Norway. It's extremely expensive here: a 500 square feet apartment goes for approx $350 000 and banks require 15 % downpayments at a minimum! But I will make i t if I focus on my goal every day. On my spare time I like to go jogging, take walks in the mountains, cook spicy food and spend time with friends and family.

Haven't met anyone from Norway yet, or happen to know quite a few? Drop me a line and say "hei!" (Norwegian for "hello!").
