One day, there was a spark of inspiration and interests in the real estate industry when I read Rich Dad Poor Dad on how an inexperienced man flipped his life from rags to riches by flipping foreclosed houses.

Recently short sales have sparked my interest and right now I am in the information gathering stage of my endeavors.

This has sparked my interest because as you can imagine the money stretches further than it does in CA.

After having interviewed tons of "house flippers," I became inspired by all the stories I've heard and that's what sparked my passion to pursue this for myself.

My interest in real estate investing was sparked a few years ago due to a Rich Dad Poor Dad weekend seminar I attended.

Neighborhoods transform, you need to be out in front and have boots on the ground to learn the market, or team up with someone who does and knows the city and can source deals. 

(We have a little golf tournament you might have heard of.)My interest in real estate investing was sparked by Gary Keller's book, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. 

Hoping to spark some new activity on this thread instead of starting from scratch.I am considering one of these ductless systems for heating and air in Omaha, NE for a duplex (one system for each unit).
