Hey everybody...I stumbled across an absolute gem recently.

I have begun my investing journey and was lucky enough to stumble across my neighbor, who has access to close to $250k in a 401k from a previous employer which he has not moved yet.

I was just looking at some rental ads and stumbled upon a very nice looking home for rent.  

I signed up with BP several months ago after stumbling across this incredible resource doing some research.  

Is it the first or 10th person who has stumbled there? 

In my head, I thought I would attract a plaza to the area and sell it for more money, but in hindsight I had a lot more courage then than business sense.I ended up doing well when I stumbled onto internet marketing.

For someone starting in 2008 - perhaps it would save you some legwork and keep you from having to make the same DUMB mistakes others have made before you - unless you WANT to stumble around in the dark by yourself.
