Entrepreneur/Investor From Tampa Bay, Florida
Hi there, nice to meet you.
My name is Michael Giannulis and I'm an entrepreneur originally from Tarpon Springs, Florida. I moved a whopping one town over, now I live in Trinity, Fl which is technically part of New Port Richey, though my driver's license does say Trinity.
I'm an entrepreneur and business owner. I've worked for myself since 2006 and haven't had to have a job since then. Early in life (around age 18) I bought a Carlton Sheets no money down program. To tell you what kind of person I am, that is the first thing I bought when I got a credit card lol.
I was gung-ho at the time and went out making offers on properties. I even locked up a 1.2MM property for 4 weeks. In my head, I thought I would attract a plaza to the area and sell it for more money, but in hindsight I had a lot more courage then than business sense.
I ended up doing well when I stumbled onto internet marketing. I studied under a mentor and learned the craft of copywriting and salesmanship (should I say salespersonship? ;) online. I specialize in creating marketing systems, sales funnels, email follow-up campaigns, and customize CRM's. Over the last several years, I've done very well and am now looking to branch out into real estate investing again (but for real this time).
I have some capital so I am looking at potentially buying and holding multi-family units. I'm not opposed to fixer-upppers, though I am definitely NOT a handyman, so I'd be hiring out that sort of work, which could put me at a disadvantage.
Anyway, sorry for the long intro, if you made it this far... congratulations! I am happy to help answer questions where I can on the marketing side of things. I do some other investing in stocks and options, but real estate is my first love. I'm glad to be getting back on the saddle. This time with more experience and a few bucks in the bank.
God Bless,
Michael Giannulis
