There's a fine line between neglecting necessary repairs and ignoring a needy/picky tenant, but that's where your professional judgement comes in.Bottom line...set the level of expectation for your tenants (not the other way around), and apply the Pareto principle and move them on if someone is using up an inordinate amount of your time.
