I have several tenants that moved and left damages, past due rent, etc. I mailed disposition letters and with no response, it’s time to collect on what’s owed. What is the process for this in Oklahoma? I have not done one, I have some that are just past due rents owed, and some that are a lot of damages. Any attorney recommendations for Oklahoma/Cleveland County?

- secondary question- can you collect anything from someone on SSI and retired or are they judgement proof?
