Few people exist on this earth in a vacuum - most have a mother, father, at least one friend, hell in the US there's even homeless shelters/battered women shelters/etc.

The next step is we would have a conversation with current tenant reviewing the agreement for there move out _____ date, all that's involved with that, how we were going to start marketing, showing and leasing the unit, so "IF" they "change their mind" about the move out it's VERY important to immediately contact us because if they delay it could cause someone else to be homeless for a time, and their rent going forward would be _____ "as we already agreed to in the current lease". 

However, due to their negligence and language barrier, the land has been vacant for years and they ended up getting thousands of dollars of fine and bunch of violations because the homeless literally built a house on the land.

I’ve informed my tenants that a portion of their rent will be donated to the Black lives Matter movements and they are ecstatic.I will also take a portion of my rental income and donate it to the various local homeless agencies here in Los Angeles.

I mean shoot we could see some real serious homelessness and or many moving back with family. dont know the answer but this kind of dawned on me 

Homeless people have a risk of spreading COVID more then hoarders

The little that I know: My friend was a Probation Officer in Southern California and they would send homeless parolees to Transitional/Halfway houses to stay.

An example would be a homeless person moving into a vacant house.In both cases, you need to evict through legal means.

You don't want to be in a situation where a couple of months of vacancy leaves you homeless.
