Donating to Black organizations

Everything that has been happening lately has really opened my eyes to the reality of the world we live in. Being a landlord now I feel that it is my responsibility to help build our communities and stop the hate. I’ve decided to take a portion on my rental income every month and donate it to Black organizations. I currently have one property and am renovating my second. If I can afford to donate, you can too. I ask that my fellow investors help. If we all donate we can make a big difference in this world. I’ve informed my tenants that a portion of their rent will be donated to the Black lives Matter movements and they are ecstatic.

That is a very polarizing post.  You are probably aware (maybe not) that there are many of us that don’t believe BLM is healthy for anyone especially the black community, where they have burned down businesses and tell black kids to view themselves as victims.  I am not arguing that BLM is wrong (not here) just that many good people disagree.  And nothing creates more emotion in someone then telling them they are not as virtuous as you because you have an honest disagreement, in fact I think that is a reason why our politics have devolved into what they are today.
