So I told the seller, I got a bad vibe from this, sounds like this lady is going to live to a hundred, and rent control laws, as well as laws protecting tenants over 62 here in NYC make it impossible to get rid of her.

Most of my business is dealing with clients who are in their 60’s and they haven’t been able to save what they wanted, or they got remarried later in life and need to protect a whole new family, or need some coverage for a business they’re starting, or realize they need to provide some tax free cash to help their family cover the taxes as they pass (especially as there’s serious talk about getting rid of stepped up basis for real estate).Whole life isn’t to replace term, but people are often very glad they have it.

It looks like BP went back to the old Rehab Estimator tool and got rid of the powered by Kukun version.Honestly, the Kukun-powered version seemed gimmicky, and wasnt customizable at all.

we build a stacked triplex. get Rid of the garages, skip the suburban markets of columbus. adjacent downtown neighborhoods are selling for $320 per sq ft on average across 7 zip codes I just ran numbers in Powell you'll never get it approved for zoning maybe outside in delaware county but you are only building more rural.
