One thing that gets kind of old on BP is that people demonize teachers who are actually helping people get where they want to go.

My origin is actually Phoenix, AZ, and I intend to invest there as well, once I get a handle on investing.At the moment, I am an Cloud IT Help Desk technician, a Computer Apps teacher for high school seniors, and repair mobile devices and computers on the side. 

I did it in 5 years, due to my low W2 earnings due to being go a teacher and my wife a low paid Special Ed Assistant.

In a city like JC, I tend to like areas near schools and hospitals where I can rent to teachers, the occasional grad student or medical professionals.
