I live in Claremore OK, and I wanted to know if there is anyone in the area who has the time and would like to be my Mentor?

Victoria,

So, everything in business needs to be an even exchange of value. This is just how business works.

In the last 6 months, I've closed on $20M worth of apartments.I suppose I could teach you everything you need to know.

How much are you willing to pay me?

In other words, I don't need the money. But, I do believe in even exchange of value. How much, do you think, a person like me values his time?
