Continually ranked in the top 5 for best places for business, no state income tax, largest inflow population, I am not surprised at all to see a 10% appreciation year over year for Houston and Dallas.

With the website, I can't share too much because Austin is so highly competitive, but you have to get your website to rank on the search engines and then your site has to convert to leads.  

Right now the reality of that actually happening ranks alongside unicorns and leprechauns.

With that said I've done some research on my own and found that Nashville is ranked number 13 on the list to, invest in housing for 2016.

As I said, both groups have lots of knowledgeable investors in their ranks.
