Hi everyone,

Been on the site a while, first time posting. I bought my first ever house a few years ago, it was a HUD house and I fixed it up and lived there. Then got married and we bought a nicer house together and we started renting my first house. I at first managed it on my own, since then I have got a management company to help.

Currently we have been approved for 50K loan, looking in Grove City, but anything in that range is either not in area we want or needs too much work and the conventional loan won't allow for it (bow in basement wall etc.). So we are in a holding pattern saving money and still looking and learning more on this site:)
