I get this question all the time and feel I am not an experienced enough investor to give a good answer to it. I am only familiar with 2-3 markets and still learning them. At the present time what would be your 3 top ranked cash flowing markets with the current market conditions and why? No hijacking my post and debate others opinions please. :)
