I plan to send a yellow letter to all of them this month and follow up with post card/yellow letters for consecutive months.Is my list missing anything?

I have listened to many real estate investors talk about marketing methods used to find properties such as yellow letters, postcards, direct mail...etc.

Decent, but tired looking plex owners get a postcard from me as well.

Has anyone ever invested in and used the Handwritten Postcard System sold by Moresellerleads.com? 

This is public information and you should be able to find it fairly easily once you know the owner's name you can find out their address and can send them a letter, postcard, call etc. in order to get your deal moving. 

I want to direct mail 5k postcards, find the return addresses, than 5k yellow letters to the same homes via listsource.com.

Do you send them a yellow letter, printed white letter, or a post card.

Would it be through postcards like wholesaling or cold calling/door knocking?
