I'm sure it's probably not good for the brushes and rollers, but I don't use the best ones, anyway, and I clean my roller by throwing it away, using the ziploc again to grab it off the handle, keep the mess inside the bag, and just wash the handle.

Too quickly, sometimes, for the amount of work involved in bringing a deal to close.My personal preference is to have a few experienced investors to whom I give preferred rates and who know their stuff and won't leave me holding the bag if they make a mistake.

When the trucks came in we didn't have a fork lift so one person was in the 18 wheeler and the other person was throwing the pumpkins, watermelons, wheat straw, pine straw, bags of potting soil, plants, crates off food at you.

I still don't think underlayment matters much except maybe over concrete because of moisture and I'll put tile over plywood all day long unless it feels bouncy then chances are it will crack without more plywood.My thought is it says I can put it over plywood on the bag of modified thinset so if the floor is solid then why spend the extra time and money on cement board if I'm using 0.49/sqft tile anyway and doing it myself
