What price do you get on various flooring types per sq ft?

Hello everyone,

I'm just starting my third renovation project. I've worked through most of the details, but I'm wrestling with flooring. I've read all the posts about which type of flooring and why. But I was just wondering what price per square foot you normally get quoted for various flooring types. I would want the price including labor and materials.

1) Carpet

2) Laminate

3) Vinyl planks

4) Refinish hardwood floors

5) Ceramic tile

I'm trying to find a nice middle ground between price and durability.

Mike
