I know we have ours open every sunday.. that way you can look at your leisure.. and you don't have to run any agent around.. if your up front with an agent they may still take the time to work with you..

we live in the states. my brother and I inherited land out there so were either thinking of selling, splitting or maybe building. we have 2 properties 1 with a house close to san sebastian and the other in sector boys scout it's really good to farm I just need advice on what I should do .

(In the energy sector, Wind energy is about the only one with much going on here)Sounds like you have a bit of a challenge on your hands.You could have a part time rental during the fall by catering to deer hunters - perhaps look up any outfitters in the area and see if they have a need for housing for hunters - Deer Seasons here run from Sept to Dec - the "high season" if you will would be Oct-2nd week in Dec - of course you have waterfowl/turkey hunters to cater to etc.

There's no way I could possibly identify that many properties in 45 days.Could I refinance the property and pull out 80% of the money and invest it at my leisure, then sell it and use the other 20% to conform to the 45/180 day rules?
