RE license vs No license

Goodmorning BP family,

My name is Jadel Patterson, an active duty soldier getting ready to transition back to civilian life. I came to BP like most people because I wanted something more for my family and myself. I wanted more to life than just a 9-5 job and trading time for money. I came seeking the tools to achieve financial freedom and independence.

I'm looking to move down to Orlando, FL with my family and I am considering becoming a realtor and RE investor while still applying for PA school. I'm looking for guidance because I've seen the numerous blogs and forums detailing the pros and cons of getting ones license. I'm still weighing the pros and cons of doing so and want to know what good brokerages are in central Florida. Also, what important questions to ask when interviewing brokerages.

Are there any RE investors/realtors here from the Orlando/central Florida area? I would love to talk and pick your brain.

Kind regards,

Jadel Patterson
