I currently own a successful short-term rental in Fort Lauderdale and have identified a new property nearby that I’m confident will perform well.

These are by far the least amount passive so do your due diligence on understanding how to run a successful STR business and researching local laws on allowing STRs.2.

I then decided to modify my criteria to look for deals that were 50+ units and found that I had much more success in that space because most credible bigger buyers aren't looking at deals that are smaller than 100 units. 

With the right resources and preparation, you’re set up for success!

A good designer and architect are key for a successful project like this and keep in mind these aren't cheap.There's a lot more details to consider, feel free to DM me for more details.
