Hello, my name is Marshal, and I’m excited to connect with this community of like-minded individuals passionate about real estate. I’m a 41-year-old father of six who loves the Lord and is driven by a desire to build a better future for my family through real estate.

I own a small tile installation business, am a certified insurance agent, and am currently in the process of obtaining my real estate license. While I don’t yet own investment properties, my wife and I have successfully remodeled and sold a home for a profit, and I’m eager to build on that experience. My ultimate goal is to acquire enough real estate to achieve financial freedom, allowing me to travel, provide a comfortable life for my family, and teach my children about discipline, financial literacy, and the wealth-building potential of real estate.

I’m here to learn, share, and connect with others who share this passion. If you have insights on creative ways to acquire rental properties or storage facility businesses with minimal capital, I’d love to hear from you. I’m not interested in subscriptions or courses but am seeking genuine connections with people who value mutual support and networking.
