They don't seem to have any integrity challenges exaggerating and even lying to gouge their clients.You should review your PMA to make sure it clearly spells out what they CAN and CANNOT do.

Sure there are some without money the brokers and agent starting out that have integrity but odds generally better with those brokers and agents that do not need the money to survive.I just do not see someone saving up 5 or 10 million to invest and then having a computer spitting out a formula telling them what to do.

I was just trying to see if there was anything on the market thats simple to plug and play especially with offer templates designed and already integrated to send out as blind offers.For lead gen I do run an agency so generating buyer leads wont be an issue.

I have a Schlage Encode lock on 1 property, using Remotelock and integrated with OwnerRez for code purposes, etc. works great for over a year.just started a new property a month ago.

As you have experienced, trying to predict what will happen through the course of two years is very difficult - contractor integrity, materials costs, what the sale price will be, what the rental price will be. 

I do like that with FUB you could integrate your lead inbounds with Zillow and such, and I'm pretty sure if I looked into it a bit more you could do this with Zoho.Bonus, if you are running accounting in Quick Books, Zoho already has something exactly similar = Zoho Books which could integrate with your CRM for expenses, invoices, etc.
