In Sanctuary, my fear is that they will have to first turn it into a destination (mucho marketing $$$) and then I am unsure about the amenities infrastructure in the area.

Can anyone give an opinion on pros and cons or am I just destined to purchase a single family home for myself and not reap the benefits of this multiplex opportunity?
