Hello Everyone,

My name is Eric Tait, I run a private investment firm that specializes in alternative asset classes, specifically residential real estate.

We currently have 27 units in our portfolio here in the United States in the Houston metropolitan area that are a mix of multi family and single family residences. We are also part of a development team building a resort on the beautiful Island of Ambergris Caye in the country of Belize.
