That's more like of a free buffet of electronics :) He has renter's insurance, so he's not worried at all.

Some people swear they have to but you will get burned and it can cost a lot of money to replace all the carpet, the sub flooring, scratched doors, etc.Try to get electronic rent payments.

I've seen people blow $20k on electronics and other crap and be broke again in a few weeks.
