I have learned the hard way to kindly choose operations oriented deals.

Look for REIA (Real Estate Investor Association) meetings or local Facebook groups where investors share deals and strategies.One of the quickest ways to learn is by offering to help experienced wholesalers with things like cold calling, driving for dollars, or follow-ups in exchange for mentorship.

I gradually learned more and have expanded to 6 now.

Right now, I'm focused on:- Learning the best investment strategies that don’t require a real estate license (wholesaling, rental properties, etc.).- Finding potential clients who are interested in investing but may need help identifying great deals.

You’re able to learn the basics of a real estate investment with lower risk and build equity at the same time.

I know i can research till my brain falls out of my head, but non of that learning and research matters unless I am putting it into action.I would like to connect with those whom are interested in buying properties in NYC.
