Hi, my name is Tyran and I have yet to single out a specific strategy yet. But house hacking, short/long term rentals, new build/ mixed use developments and  live in flips all have my attention right now.  I'm looking forward to connecting, learning and growing with as many ppl as possible. Welcome @Tyran Block! It is really good that you are trying to find a focus. REI is filled with lots of shiny objects and you will success stories from all these different investing methods and it can be hard to stick to a path. I am in TN, but Memphis area.
