Looking to connect with Fix & Flip Investors and Contractors/Subcontractors

Sebastian Medina
Posted

Hey Everyone
I am currently gearing up for my first fix and flip project. I'm looking to connect with experienced fix and flip investors, as well as contractors and subcontractors who specialize in renovations in South Florida.  My goal is to build a strong network, exchange insights, and work with professionals in the local market.
In addition, if you're actively flipping properties in the area, I currently have time on my hands and I'd be happy to support you in one of your projects in exchange for learning in depth about the process.
Thanks!

Quote from @Peter Mckernan:

I would search out people in your market that are flipping, and try going to a couple meetups as well. That helps get you in the mix of people doing what you want to do in your market. A couple of ideas would be using this platform on the events page, and also use meetup.com to find a meetup too!

Agree with Peter here! Try finding some local RE meetups as well as local Facebook pages to connect with some Miami investors
