I am purchasing my first rental property (multi-family) unit in Salisbury North Carolina.  The real estate agents recommended I look into Nomad (real estate tech) company for property management and finding tenants for the property.   Does anybody have any experience with them?  Good? Bad? Or is it better to work with somebody in that particular market?
