Rookie Real Estate Investor Looking into the Short/Mid Term Space

Erich Clark
Posted

Wanted to introduce myself to the community and put myself out there. The name is Erich and I'm starting out building my path to financial independence through the help of real estate. I first got introduced to BP and the idea of being a real estate investor through YouTube Videos and the podcasts and got hooked on the concept. I currently have one (1) long-term single-family home investment; my wife and I purchase through a VA assumption and I'm looking to expand my portfolio in the short to mid-term space. I'm looking more in south-east U.S. (TN, GA, FL) near national parks and other vacation-ish destinations. I'm also looking to connect with realtors in those areas to continue expanding and also for a mentor to help in the process as I only have a base line knowledge. Thanks for any feedback and I look forward to continuing being a part of the REI community.
