Brad,Dont look at ebay, check your own town on vacant houses in fair shape, then go to your Countys Auditor Website - type in each address and you will find some informations about these houses.If there any taxes not paid for some times contact the owner and ask him about his house.

I would be looking for about $125k-$150K.Our county auditor says that the properties are well worth over 600k, so the equity will be there for any investor.
