I have about 7-8 properties all located in the Columbus, Ohio area. I am looking to refi and do a blanket loan. The credit is 720. Documented income in the mid 40k. The propertiers are in a LLC and have been there for years. All free and clear. If you can help please feel free to send a text or call.
