After reading about IRS audit (http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/51/topics/64967-real-estate-professional-irs-audit?page=2), started wondering ....
I'd be curious to hear from professional PM (and professional LLs) - how many units they manage and how much time (on average) does it take each week?
