@Matt HigginsAs someone in the medical field (pharmacist) I can tell you that the coronavirus is a big public health issue but one that I doubt will rattle the global markets permanently.

Stable high income earners qualify, ie some lawyers, pharmacists, etc.

We have a Pharmacist in the family who graduated with $250k in debt.

So I hopped back in my car, waved goodbye to the street pharmacists, and proceeded to property #2 across town that this same wholesaler had sent me.This is where things got rather interesting.The assistant tells me on the phone that there is a lockbox on the front door and gives me the code so I can get inside.

It is similar to a situation I see occasionally in my job as a Pharmacist.  

One neighbor may have befriended another and gotten them to say something to you.My full time job is a pharmacist and people tell me all kinds of stuff that seems outlandish and usually turns out being complete BS.
