My husband and I are considering the mastery program through Fortune Builders. Has anyone in the Houston area gone through the program and coaching? Can you please tell me how you benefited from it, and tell me the pros and cons? Thanks!

I've never done it but generally you won't find great opinions of that program and programs like it on BiggerPockets. Generally because the culture here is pretty anti-guru but also generally because most of these programs deserve that skepticism. Before you jump into a $25-30k program like that I would suggest you spend a few weeks and just read the blogs here and listen to the podcasts. Follow along on the various forums for what you're interested in doing. You'll probably learn 60% of what they would teach you in those programs and it will have cost you nothing but some time and effort. After that you can decide from a more educated point of view if you want to continue with a program like that.
