178k student loan/FHA/House hack
Hey so I just graduated pharmacy school and I am in 178k debt... ooof I know. I want advice on if it's a good idea to buy a 1-4 unit home under the FHA loan and house hack. Is my debt too high? Am I putting myself in too much risk, or is would this be a good way start off my REI dream?
