My contractor called me yesterday on a house we own out of state and said "You should check to see if your lot used to be a cemetery, I think your house may be haunted".

Area 1 - Did not get a great vibe from this neighborhood . too many boarded up homes, trash on the street etc3 - Triangle below Uni - Closer to university hospital, the houses seem nicer, the closer i got the the freeway to the west, the more run down the neighborhood looked 4 - Clinton Ave - Only drove around the cemetery area, some of the streets seemed very nice.

thanks @Jacob James Caballero @Owen Schwaegerle@Owen Schwaegerle, I am buying a 3 bed/2 bath at the toscano community. http://midlandpacific.com/neighborhoods/toscano (Enantio plan) . how much rent can i get for approx 1650 sq. ft. 3 bed/2 bath brand new home.How many bedrooms do you have in the house that you are renting for $3500. also the property that I am looking to buy is around 0.7 miles from cemetery. can that affect property/rental values. thanks for the help

It is good for a check to see how off the calculated number fairs with the actual number, but that is it.The reason I don't believe in an equated ARV is because there are some things you can't measure.If the subject house is next to a cemetery, or a loud bar, how do you quantify that "inconvenience" into an equation?
