Cemetery a bad thing?

I am looking at a SFH that is well priced for my area based on $/SF. A local cemetery is located behind the home. I have not looked deep enough to confirm the condition of the cemetery as far as maintenance is concerned but my wife gave a quick "hell no" when I showed her. She is not buying my justification of quiet neighbors but I would love to get some feedback from the BP community regarding rentals that back up to cemeteries. Has anyone found it difficult to fill a place like this because of the location? Would it attract a less desirable tenant? Does close proximity to a cemetery affect property values. I am going on the assumption that the cemetery is closer to a golf course than a pasture in term of grounds keeping.
