It doesn't matter if it has a cemetery in the back, it's across from a highway, or some other anomaly, there is always a price and if it's not even getting looks, it's usually not close OR the photos are terrible iPhone photos and the listing reads terribly.

My church has a 100+ year old building (original church)  that is on less than 2 acres which includes a cemetery across the street from our current building located in JeffersonCounty,  MO. 

The numbers for this property look promising on paper.Although I am not particularly fond of the street view, this new property is located in the 38128 zip code, near Raleigh Cemetery.

If applicable, owning/renting property in a special district (which levies taxes for specific things like airports, cemeteries, drainage, pest control etc) can also pack a punch.
