The places in my area have pretty high prices and with Home Depot 40 minutes away Spokane makes just as much sense to buy from.I was thinking of shopping Lumber Liquidators and I've heard good things about the Ugly Duck.

They seem to be more comfortable in bigger cities in Southern Maine where there are better comps and a [perceived] better chance of unloading an asset should they need to take it back.Keep shopping it around.

The housing market in our area is tenuous, as our two largest, and pretty much only employers, are the University and a Lumber mill which opens and closes every several years.
