Best (cheapest) place for flooring in Spokane area

Hey guys, pretty new investor here from Pullman.  I just closed on my first duplex and need to do a little rehab on one of the units, mainly paint and flooring.  After reading a lot of forum posts it seems like luxury vinyl plank is the way to go. and I need about 900 SF.   The places in my area have pretty high prices and with Home Depot 40 minutes away Spokane makes just as much sense to buy from.

I was thinking of shopping Lumber Liquidators and I've heard good things about the Ugly Duck.  Any suggestions?

I always support shopping local first but the wallet can be a bigger concern :) I've scored a pretty good deal on luxury vinyl plank last summer at the Home Depot and I believe they are still carrying it, highly recommend for rental grade or low-budget flip.  Lumber Liquidators is good for higher end stuff.  Ugly Duck's hit or miss.  I really like Overstock Builder's Depot on the corner of Hamilton & Trent, have found some killer deals there.  Mostly on doors and tile though.
